Xandessa gets a vision of Kardia as a great tethered entity and speaks breifly with ADAM. A war is brewing and Lord Hobson is intricately involved. Returning the Princess to her father may disrupt Hobson's current plans. Also, they may want to recruit Horace into the "circuit".
Ali gets a bit of a feeling from ADAM that he is learning and growing through the experiences of their group. Experiences such as curb stomping, theft, and murder.
Jasper and Princess Alysanne have some kind of weird relationship going on.
Ali speaks to Captain Ysmar about redirectling the ship to Albyone, the capitol of Angland, to drop off their passengers. The captain points out the danger of changing their officially filed course due to the number of ships patrolling the Straits. The other option is to return to Kardia and file a new course, which will waste no more than a day or 2. The flip of a coin wins Ali an immediate, though slightly risky, course change and dinner with the Captain.
The group consults, learning a bit about Horace. Ali sneakily attaches an iron link to his bronze apprentice chain. Horace immediately drops unconscious. The group tries to force him into compliance using their chains and force of will. Horace wakes up after having some disurbing visions.
Ali dines with the Captain. He used to be a courtier of some renoun. He puts forward a theory as to the party's mission and purpose of their sudden change in plans.
Everyone goes to bed. Sedge has a vision.
