Uptown

Uptown belongs to the Red Right Hand and the rich and powerful of Freeport. It is located on the eastern peninsula of Freeport, below the Fortress of the Hand. Few people live in Freeport full time, but many unscrupulous and successful individuals maintain holdings in Uptown. All pay exorbitant fees into the coffers of the island for the privledge.
