Baroness Abernathy takes a liking to Ali. The Baron Abernathy takes Sedge under his wing, boozing and whoring. Sedge wakes up in the bed of Colonel Angus' 13 year old daughter (Ria) and her 2 ladies maids. At breakfast, the party meets Horace.
Beauregard Abernathy III is missing a hand and communication skills. Eriola convinces Doctor Marbent to help her become pregnant with Beauregard's heir. The Doctor insists on travelling to Caryadis to find a skilled physician for Beauregard.
Horace attempts to heal Beauregard and is denounced as a "Worshipper of Darkness" by the good Doctor.
Horace finds a reference to the Oracle in the Abernay library, pointing toward the Cult of the Dragon, the Sand Sea and Caryadis. The group tries to reconstitute the 9 symbols from their dream of the Oracle. There isn't any information in the library on those symbols. Some of the greatest libraries are in Caryadis. Looks like we're going to Caryadis.
