Kingsgate Basin

An inland Sea, covering approximately 6000 square miles of northern Kardia. It is fed by the mighty River Inverness and numerous smaller flows, including the Oralos River, before flowing out to the Nordthrun Sea via the South Inverness. though the Basin is largely controlled by the Kingdom of Kardia, the countries of Rowmar and Invernayth also touch on the Basin.

The Basin has been known by many other names over the years. The Inverens call it "Spiegelmeer", or Mirror Sea. The Rowmari call her "Pays Noye" or Drowned Country. It has also been called the "Cradle of Tears" and the "Ocean Unmoving".
