Entropy's right-hand Power. He is the Grim King that the Cleave of the Botanists fears. There is a great deal of enmity between Joktan and the Power of Promises. Scorn's Regal is famous on the Ocean of Story for his red-sailed sailing ship with its powerful miraculous cannon that cripple any ship.
