About Sunburns

Sunburns is the answer to the age old question "What am I going to do with myself this summer?" At the end of each school year at WPI, a group of happy people gather around to fight over and choose a splended show to put on during the summer. After the voting, people gather around and get involved. Want to get involved? Email sunburns@gweep.net, and you may get answers to your questions! The current producer will be answering emails, though they may not get back to you during the fall or winter.

History by Helene

Helene Andersson was so kind as to supply some information about our history. She was "one of the people who thought it would be a good idea to take some old New Voices plays and do them again during the summer." These people got together in 1992 to put this good idea into practice. They called it Voices from the Past, and it was preformed in Higgins House. Since then, we have moved into bigger venues -- Alden Hall and Kinnicut Hall.
