Welcome to the Minority BBS F-Mail system. This system allows you to 
send a file to from 1 to 10 users.  You will upload the file to 
Minority using any available file transfer protocol.  When the 
transfer is complete, you will be asked to address an E-Mail message 
(up to 19 lines) to the intended recepient(s) of the file.

When an addressee logs on, (s)he will be notified of the F-Mail file waiting,
and will be given the chance to download it after reading your E-Mail message.
