I'm keeping an eye out for a gem of an apartment. Here's what I seek:

I need...

• Sunny, Clean, and Safe
• No roommates, no pets, no smoking
• Parking within a block for one car
• Rent less than $550/month (w/o utilities)

I strongly prefer...

• Quiet
• Wood floors
• Stove/fridge included
• Private home (ie not a complex)

I'd like, but can easily live without...

• Space (a studio is fine!)
• Gas heat and cooking
• Laundry onsite
• Off-street parking

• Hudson
• Marlborough
• Northborough
• Shrewsbury
• Southborough
• Westborough
• Worcester
