When they returned, they found a scene of horror awaiting them. James Burke,
once-proud Limey documentarian, lay comatose, crushed beneath the bulk of a
gigantic moose. Carefully extracting his twisted body, they rushed him to
the local hospital, leaving him propped up in the emergency room, a note
pinned to his lapel. 

"Now," muttered Gates, as they flew toward the secret cave, "for the lousy
Commies."
