Network Topology Vantage Points

This is an addendum in my series of Internet engineering and network policy documents. It actually predates the documents themselves, but is less useful unless you know what you're doing, hence it now being called an addendum so that people can get the impression that they need to refer here after reading the other stuff.

Some points of view of the net

If you don't know, take a peek and learn something. If you do know, ASNs and countries provided to help you pick the ones that you want ... or would be visible to you in an outage. :-)
Dead links cleaned as of 010404.
